  • Size discrepancies occur, where the received size does not match the ordered size.
Upon verification of the issue, we offer the following solutions:
  • A replacement of the product, subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. RETURNS DUE TO UNMET EXPECTATIONS:

We understand that sometimes a piece of jewelry may not meet your expectations for various reasons.

Eligible Scenarios Include:
  • The item doesn't match your style preferences.
  • You've changed your mind about the purchase.
  • The jewelry doesn't fit as expected.
In such cases, we offer the option for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

3. RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS:
  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns requested beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Please allow 12 to 20 days for refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the tracking number provided by the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective.
4. BUYER PROTECTION: We prioritize your satisfaction and confidence in shopping with us. Therefore, if your ordered product fails to be delivered within 90 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
